wad a
fruitful day
i spent my day baking
oreo cheesecake.

but till now
i'm still wondering e cake i bake
is
oreo cheesecake or
mango cheesecakeLOL
cuz e recipe says add
mango juice.
yes!!
mango juiceso i added
aft chilling it in e fridge,
i ate 1 slice.
and...
.......
it has e taste of mango
so 1st sis say :
"
taste lyk mango cheesecake. e taste is der. but e cake is still not chilled enuff."
so i put e cake back into e fridge
to continue chilling till..........

i had a hard time
SMASHING,
CRASHING,
BEATING,
PRESSING,
CHOPPINGe oreo biscuits..
phew~
i actually sit der and "
chop" e oreo biscuits
using a
knife and
chopping board.

i was making so much noise in e kitchen
hahas.
e kitchen was in a mess actually.
oreo chips flying here and der.
but
i manage to
SMASH all e oreo biscuits into pieces.

dis results in bruise on my left palm.
der it goes..
not clear enuff??
a closer one..
cuz i've no other ways to
SMASH all dis oreo biscuits.
hahas..
aft e 1st step which is

i took it out..
c e 2 defects at e side?
i accidentally brush against e cheese
while removing out frm e side of e tin
and 2 holes der.

cuz i was using those tin wif removable base.
1st time handling tt kind of tin.
so abit
clumsy.

den around 3+ i started baking.

finish baking @ around 6+
so shld be 3 hrs ..

2nd sis came home wif dad
dey bought dinner back.
fried kuay tiao.
not bad.

and probably i'm e 1st person
who actually use knife and chopping board
