almost didnt slpt at all ytd nite.
went to bed @ ard
12am plus.
kept tossing and turning..
uncomfortable in gastric .. or shld i say stomach upset. ):
finally fall aslp onli @
4am.
alarm clock went off @
5.30am.
so as a result, i onli slpt 1 & 1/2 hr. -.-"
might as well dun slp better.
met up wif Paul @
6am.
start our jogging session..
we jogged quite a long way..
end our jogging session @ ard
6.25am?
shld be.. so we went home as Paul need to prepare 4 work.
i walked slowly back home ..
still had e uncomfortable feeling in gastric. =c
ZZZzzzz.
reached home,
made myself a glass of hot milk.
den rest awhile ... .. who noes i fall aslp!!!
but on and off my hp msg-es kept coming in..
finally woke up ard near 1pm.
mum did not work today so she bought me and bro lunch.
aft eating,
met up wif my dear.. (:
through-out e whole day,
my gastric still nv gets well.
still uncomfortable as it was lyk e day be4. )=
feel lyk removing my whole gastric.
super duper hot weather.
both of us were melting !!!
so both of us went to hv nice cooling shave ice..
nice. (:
dinner 4 today ..
i had
Fried Rice wif Chicken Cutlet +
a sunny side up. (:
dear had his
Delicious Fried Kuay Tiao.. (:
both dishes were delicious.
as usual, my dear cleared his plate aft 10 mins?

due to my gastric, i couldn't finished mine. ):
but its reali delicious. (:
